As a general rule, when a sample for translation includes a photograph or other
graphic, it is wise to orient the image so that the text to be translated is
right side up, rather than rotated by 90 degrees. This saves the prospective
translator the trouble of either loading the sample into an image editor and
rotating it back, or of standing on his ear while trying to understand the text.
