The passenger lists have recently been put online at
http://www.collectionscanada.ca/archivianet/passenger/index-e.html. They are not indexed by name, but if you know the date (or at least the year), it should be easy to find your GGPs - the port of Montreal was closed in the winter, so each ship only docked there 4-6 times a year. Moreover, if you know (or once you know) the ship arrival date, there were separate manifests filled out for all passengers who said they were US-bound. These manifests tend to be more complete than the Canadian manifests (which list all passengers regardless of destination). The manifests are included in the St. Alban's lists. Note that I am not referring to the St. Alban's card index, but the full manifests that they point to. Although in theory, the index SHOULD include all passengers who are in the manifests, there are examples where they are missing. But with the name of the ship and date, you can go directly to the manifest.
