I have posted a letter and a portrait on ViewMate concerning my father's
uncle, Dr Isidor Kotzin. VM9488 is a letter he wrote in Yiddish; I'm told
the handwriting was poor--after all he was a doctor. VM9489 is his picture
in what looks like a military uniform. I would guess it's >from the tsarist
army; can anyone identify it further?
