I don't know whether these LEWKOWICZ variants >from Radziejow, Poland are related to
each other or not but as administrator of the LEFKOWITZ surname project at Family
Tree DNA, I can tell you that we have five members >from Poland with variants of the
name LEFKOWITZ and none of them are genetically related to each other. I think that
many people independently adopted variants of this surname. Particularly, as you
notice, there are many males with the given name Lewek. Maybe the Lewek's of
Radziejow in the early 19th century were related to each other, or maybe it just
means Lewek was a common name.
