Re: Subj: ViewMate translation request - Czech #austria-czech
I am doing research on my father's imprisonment in Spilberk Castle in Brno
between the time of the Nazi takeover of Czechoslovakia until the invasion
of Poland. A researcher at the Jewish Museum in Prague sent me a link to
the text of an account by a journalist, Josef Rudolf, who was imprisoned
there around the same time. Since my research covers Galician, Austrian,
Czech and German Jewry, I am sending it to these SIGs.
I have copied the relevant text in Czech relating to Spilberk ( 5 pages) and
I have posted the first page of it here on View Mate for which I need a
rough translation. It is on ViewMate at the following address ...
I can either send you the link to the original text by Rudolf or send you
the rest of the relevant text in word format by email.
Please respond via the form provided in the ViewMate application.
Thank you very much.
