I have been advised by several RUBIN second cousins that my cousins Walter
KAPLAN and his wife, Constance Aka Connie RUBIN KAPLAN are now residing in
Israel. They made aliyah about 40 years ago. Both Walter and Constance are
optomotrists. Walter grew up in Philadelphia and Connie grew up in
Carbondale, PA. They met in graduate school in Philadelphia. Their two
daughters accompanied them to Israel. I would very much like to contact
either Connie, her husband or her daughters. Can anyone in Israel help me
find them?

BTW Connie and Walter should be in their early eighties.
