Cypra and Tzipa stand indeed for the biblical name Tsipporah (Moses' wife).
However, CYPA is the Cyrillic writing of the name SURA. I have found that
some transliterators of Russian records >from Poland left the name Cypa as
originally written in Cyrillic and that's the way it appears in indices. In
other words, if you come across the given name Cypa, you'd better check if
the person is a Tsipporah or a Sarah.
