I know Israel didn't exist in the 1870's, but rather Palestine. How
would one track down marriage certificates >from that time period if at
all possible? My great-grandparents got married in the mid 1870's,
and I had thought it would've taken place in Poland, but, after some
more review, I think it may have been in Palestine. Finding their
marriage record would answer lots of questions I have.
