I am attempting to track down any Jewish heritage information regarding
the Polish surnames ZYWIEC

Just as a point of interest, there is a Polish beer that is very popular in Canada
and USA called Zywiec. Tracking down the company that brews the beer and
speaking to the owners may give you some information about the name.
