Dear Friends, fellow genealogists with connections to Bessarabia
(now Moldova and Ukraine):

A new batch/microfilm of records >from Bessarabia Revision List
project is completed and soon will be available at JewishGen:
http://www.jewishgen.org/databases/Romania/BessarabiaRevisionLists.htm

It includes 12,733 records >from 1,668 families
(our two prior microfilms have only 9,342 records).

At this microfilm we worked on records >from following 16 towns,
shtetlekh, and colonies:
Kishinev; Kaushany; Kriulyany;
Teleneshty; Orgeev; Konstantinovka;
Nikolaevka-Blagodat'; Shibka; Romanenko;
Lyublin; Dombroveny; Valya-luy-Vlad;
Lomachinets; Vertyuzhany, Novoselitsa, Soroki.

In prior two microfilms we had records from:
Romanovka, Beltsy, Aleksandreny, Chimishliya, Akkerman.

We have total of 22,075 records completed.

There are still two microfilms to work with, which probably will
have about 14,000 records or so, and we have already ordered another
batch of microfilms to work with. We hope they will come soon.

Our project needs volunteers to translate records!
