Subject:Final call for applications to serve on the IAJGS Board of Directors

Each year, the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies
(IAJGS) elects a portion of its board. This year, the directors stand for
election. Board members assist member societies to grow, ensure quality annual
conferences, contribute to efforts in keeping genealogical information
accessible, recognize outstanding contributions to Jewish genealogy and provide
leadership in representing the needs of genealogists researching their Jewish

If you are interested in being considered by this year's nominating committee
for a board position, please complete and submit the application form that
can be found at the IAJGS website at
http://www.iajgs.org/boardapplication.html.

"elections" page carefully so that you understand what membership on the
board entails.
