Is there a section of Jewish Gen that handles Russian genealogy questions.

My ancestors come >from Irkutsk, Tcheliabinsk and Kuybyshev (Samara)and there seems
to be no reference to these places.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Is there a genealogy service you would recommend that I could approach?
