That's an interesting question. It seems like there should be a way to
do what you want to do. I learned a lot >from David Oseas' reply and
the link he included,

If I were doing this research, I might try plugging the number
from the passenger manifest into the keyword field on Ancestry.com
or some other service that has a search engine for naturalization
records. I have no idea if that will work.

If that didn't work, I think I would try to determine (or guess)
the court or court district where she was naturalized. Then I
would BROWSE through FamilySearch.org's Declaration of Intention
records for that court or court district, using the date I had
from the passenger manifest. I would want to see if I found a
record that matched the surname and the ship name and date.
It's labor intensive but it's probably what I would do.

There might be another way to do this but I don't know what it is.
