JewishGen Discussion Group #JewishGen Webinar "How I find my relative in Salt Lake City Family History Center" #general

Daniel Horowitz <Daniel@...>

Hi all,

As the early bird registration for the 34 IAJGS International
Conference in Jewish Genealogy will end in less than a week (May 31) I
will give you another reason why you should come to Salt Lake City:
The Family History Center.

At the Family History Center, experienced guides and genealogists will
help you with your research, free of charge, by suggesting sources for
you to search, answering basic questions such as how to get started,
where a town is located, and what records are available for a locality
and how to use them.

I will be broadcasting the webinar "How I find my relative in Salt
Lake City Family History Center" this next Wednesday May 28 at 2:00pm
EST // 11:00am PST to show you all how you can use the
FamilySearch.org website and the Family History Center in Salt Lake
City (or any other location around the world) to view and research
their microfilm collection with thousands of Jewish records among over
2.4 million rolls of microfilmed genealogical records; 727,000
microfiche; 356,000 books, serials, and other formats; over 4,500
periodicals and 3,725 electronic resources.
