Hi

I would appreciate help deciphering the annotations on a
Philadelphia passenger list >from 1902.

I believe that "B.Block" is a person and would like to know how he
is connected to or what service he provided to the passenger
Louis Want. B.Block is mentioned twice - once on the line for
Louis Want and once on the line for another passenger described as
Louis's friend.
