There are a couple of organizations and therefore websites that list Jewish
cemeteries and other heritage sites. I used
http://www.lo-tishkach.org/en/index.php?categoryid=14 , entered Latvia then
Smiltene into the search engine. It came up with one traditional cemetery, one
cemetery for fallen soldiers, and one mass grave site.
