Dzielnica [dzheh lnitsah] is a generic name for town's district or quarter.
Dzielnica Kazimierz or Dzielnica Kazimierzowska identified Kazimierz
District or sometimes it was known as Zydowska (Jewish) Dzielnica.

[In Polish history, dzielnica also used to describe an administrative part
of the country)
