I would like a copy of the Declaration for: Harry ZIMMERMAN
vol 185/Record #91833, date 1920 Southern District of New York
How would I go about obtaining this?

Isabel... I first looked at familysearch.org, but only the
naturalization petitions for southern district federal court are
digitized at FamilySearch. So you need to send for it .. >from the
New York National Archives.

NARA has the Federal Court naturalization indexes and documents from
1790 to 1992. If you have detailed information (date of arrival,
petition number, date of declaration), then you can request the
records online. They will research for you for a fee at
http://www.archives.gov/research/naturalization/index.html
[or http://tinyurl.com/polr9c3 - MODERATOR].

Their turnaround time is typically a few weeks and the cost is $10.00.

As you have the volume and record, it should be even faster. Go to
the NARA website at: https://eservices.archives.gov/orderonline/ and
choose Order Reproductions, then Immigration and Naturalization
records.
