I am looking for Arthur Julius Uri COHEN who lived for a while in Besancon:

Further details:
In the period 1937 he resides for an internship in Besancon for a cheese
producer. He resided also for a time in Mamirolle.

I was wondering wether anyone would be able to advise me on how to proceed? The
city archives (Archives municipales de Besancon - bibliotheques@...)
could not help.
