I would like to thank the following people for contacting me regarding
Sailing to Halifax >from the Port of Pasbiac:

David&Susan, Danielle Weiner, Shel Bercovich, and Al Ruben.

I had not had a relative taking a ship to Liverpool, and taking a second ship
that made stops along the way to other ports in Canada until entering the US
in other states untikl getting to Eliis Island. Grandfather Chaim UOGELMAN
wasthe first. It was a revelation that he hadn't gone directly to Ellis Island.

I have found compelling documents that indicate that same grandfather, Hyman
Fagelman, may have had a second wife, a different name, and fathered a second
family in a different state.

My question is: how could a man divorce the first and have a second wife
without informing the first wife? All of my grandmother's personal papers were
thrown away after her death.
