This is supposed to be a vital record (birth) of a girl, Miram VOLINSKY, in
Zolotonosha, Russia, sometime between 1885 and 1890. I am trying to find out
the birth date, and all other information listed on the record. Unfortunately,
the titles of the columns were not included in the image.

The parents of the girl should be Gidaliah and Sara-Bella VOLINSKY.
