Good photos, but no history. There is reference at the bottom of the website: "Synagogues, temples and congregations of Maryland: 1830-1990, Paperback" 1993, by Earl Price. Another possibility might be Acadia Publishing "Images of America, The Jewish Community of Baltimore" 2008, by Lauren R. Silberman Both available >from on-line booksellers.
