Would greatly appreciate translation of a Death Certificate/Record, written in
Russian, recently received >from the Lithuanian Archives. It can be seen at:

It concerns the deaths of four children in the Karelski Family and it appears
they all died on the same day but I don't know the reason. Thank you in advance
for your help in this translation.
