JewishGen Discussion Group #JewishGen David ABRAMOWITZ or variant.-New Haven/Boston 19th cent. #general

My greatgrandfather's brother, a David ABRAMOWITZ left New Haven, Ct. as a
youth (age not sure) to find his fortune in Boston during the latter part
of the 19th cent. People in our family believe he changed his name possibly
to ABRAMS but it is far >from definite. By the 1930s he supposedly was a
senior executive of a department store in Boston and had a winter home in

Besides my greatgrandfather and another brother Kalman, David had a sister
Sarah who married a divorcee by the name of COHEN. They lived (or
vacationed?) in Coney Island, NY, during the 1930s.

I would be very happy to connect with descendants of the above David and
Sarah. I am in touch with descendants of their brother Kalman. If anyone is
a descendant of David and/or Sarah or knows anyone connected to these
families I would be very happy to hear.

I understand that there are David ABRAMSs in Boston today, may be they
are connected?

Gmar tov, chag sameach and Shabbat Shalom to all.
