Zurawno (Zhuravno) is one of 82 towns >from Eastern Galicia included in the
Jewish Records Indexing - Poland project to index the vital record registers
maintained at the AGAD Archives in Warsaw.

The AGAD Archives has vital records for Zurawno as follows:

Births: 1877-1885

Currently, indexing is proceeding for 13 towns in the Tarnopol area. The
remaining towns' records will be indexed in the future. Announcements
concerning further indexing will be posted to this forum. More information

the birth place of a David MOLDAUER in the Lwow Ghetto Database. Would it
possibly be (have been) near Stryy? That's where this man lived in later
years and that's where my gf Aaron MOLDAUER was from. I couldn't find
anything close to it in spelling on the Shtetlfinder.
