I would like to ask for assistance with the translation of a return
address that appears on a Soviet postcard >from March, 1941. Although
the postcard is Soviet - I believe it originated in Galicia - than
occupied by the Soviets.

The card is probably the last letter sent by my great aunt before she
perished in the Shoa.

Extraction of her family name and town address would be greatly appreciated.
