I would appreciate any assistance translating an inscription on the back of a photo
dated 1940 belonging to my grandfather that I think might be his brother whose
fate is unknown. I am told it is in Greek but am unable to decipher the letters to
put into a translation software. I would also like help in identifying the type of
uniform the man in the photo is wearing.The photo and inscription are both on
