I would like to express a personal note of appreciation to those
Jewish Records Indexing - Poland list readers who took the time to
give Jenny some advice and encouragement about reading the
Jewish vital records of Poland.

For those of you who may not be aware, there are some helpful hints
and samples of records on our web site.

Go to the JRI-Poland home page,
Click on FAQ,
Click on "interpreting search results" (list on left hand side).
Click on the bottom item on the list. It says:
"What if I need help reading Polish or Cyrillic (Russian)
in the original records ?"
Click on the latter question:
Then click on "samples of documents" and the following page
will come up:
