Dear Researchers:

Two months ago I posted an announcement on the new Brody cemetery project.

Since the first announcement, we have done the following:
* Completed a one-day survey at the cemetery, which helped us to
estimate the required work.
* Put out a proposal for photographing the gravestones and reviewed
several responding bids.
* Selected a photographer
* Defined the scope of work

We want to begin photography next month - the best season in which to
do the photography.
