Jewish Cemetery in Kamenna / Emanuel KLIMPL #austria-czech
Brian Blitz
Please let me know if you are aware of any resources relating to burials in the Kamenna cemetery in the
Pribram region (http://www.iajgsjewishcemeteryproject.org/czech-republic/kamenna.html). More specifically, my gg-grandfather, Emanuel KLIMPL (born approx 1840 in Radetice, died 9 June 1891, Radetice) was buried in the Kamenna cemetery. His wife was Anastasia BERGMANN (born 1847, Zbenice, died 1916, New York). I am looking for the names of Emanuel's parents, which do not appear on his death record. I have looked extensively through the badaltena.cz records and have found many other KLIMPLs, but nothing directly on Emanuel other than his death record (he is listed on other records as a witness at family weddings or at a bris). I would be greatful for any suggestions on other places to look to connect my branch to the larger Klimpl family. Thank you very much. Brian Blitz blitzba@...
