A common error in the Yad Vashem data base is in the relationship between the victim and the person who submitted the information. The submitters often wrote who the victim was [e.g. "aunt"] instead of writing what the form asks, who they were [e.g. "niece"]. So you can [mistakenly] read that the murder of a 1880 born woman was reported by her mother instead of by her daughter.
