You did not mention the shtetls your family was actually >from which would be helpful.
I would suggest you try the following if you have not done so already:
1. Search the ALD and the JewishGen Lithuania Databases first. Much of the records for Lithuania are already on the web for you or are in the process of being translated.
2. Join any existing SIGs which are associated with your ancestral shtetls such as the Rokiskis SIG which already have records too.
3. If you do not find what you require, then make a request of the Lithuanian Archives to obtain records.
