I am posting this request on behalf of a gentleman who does not have
internet access.

He is searching for the family name of his great-grandmother, Rivka
Devora >from Lithuania. She was married to Zalman KAGAN >from Kursenai,
Lithuania. Zalman was born about 1859. Zalman's father was named
Mordecai or some variation of that name. Zalman and Rivka Devora had
a son named Menashe who emigrated >from Lithuania to Israel in the
1920's.

I was told that the gentlemen has reviewed the All Lithuanian Database.

He would like to know if there might be anyone still alive who lived
in Kursenai, Lithuania, and who might have any information about this
KAGAN family and which might lead him to learn his great-grandmother's
family name.
