I've posted a record in Russian for which I'd like a full translation
if possible. The record is a document regarding damage to property
and human life collected by the Soviet Extraordinary State Commission
dated March 1945. The person to whom the document relates is (I think)
my great uncle Tan Golub >from Lebedevo which is in current day
Belarus..
