My great grandmother Minnie Altschourtz (or Altshowitz) born 1885 was the very young bride of a Rabbi in Poland. She had multiple children and some died. After her Rabbi husband died, my guess is that she moved to Warsaw and emigrated eventually to the U.S. with her daughter Lena and later her son Chaim came to US after World War 1.
