Rabbinic Genealogy SIG #Rabbinic Moshe HOROWITZ- son of Rabbi David of Novarodok 18th cent. #rabbinic

Yonatan Ben-Ari

I am researching the family of a Moshe son of Rabbi David (of
Novardok) son of Moshe of Kletzk. The younger Moshe lived and died
(relatively young) during the 18th cent.

I don't know his or his father's family name, but his father was the
Rav of Novarodok during the 18th cent. (He was also known for his
book: "Galia Mesechet)
What I know about him: He married the daughter of a HOROWITZ from
Minsk and adopted his father's -in-law's familyname (probably due to
the Yichus or that he did not have a family name). He died relatively
young , possibly in his 30s.

One of the descendants of his father are AGOLNICKs but I do not know
if they are >from the above moshe. Rabbi David also had a daughter
married to a RABINOWITZ who published his f.-I.-L's book "Galia
Mesechet.

My interest is that >from famly sources (no official records, just
scribbled notes) we are related to Moshe's father,R' David. My
ancestors are also >from Novarodok and we are somehow related to a
HOROWITZ.

TIA and Shaa Tova Umevurechet to all
