I am pleased to announce that Ernie Fine has accepted the challenge
of taking over as Technical Coordinator of the OWBR, the ONLINE
WORLDWIDE BURIAL REGISTRY,

After completing the initial phase of the Yizkor Book Necrology
Database (which was launched today at
http://www.jewishgen.org/databases/yizkor), Ernie had proven his
mettle and was eager for the challenges of another important project.
Needless to say, he will still be working on updates to the Necrology
database

Harriet Brown, who has served and will continue to serve the Yizkor
Book Project in numerous important functions, is taking over
additional duties as the OWBR Administrative Coordinator. Rebecca
Gerber continues her vital data entry functions for OWBR.

Henceforth, all OWBR donor agreements should be sent to Harriet Brown
and all data to Ernie Fine. Their postal addresses are listed at
