I have found the name of a cousin, Semon Melnik, who currently lives in
Minsk. Rose Feldman, Secretary of the Tel Aviv Branch of the Israel Gen,
had a try at the address (on a page of testimony):

First, does anyone know Minsk well enough to know that as a possible address?

Second, can anyone look up this man for me in a Belarus phone book, and/or
email directory?
