The 25th Annual Conference on Jewish Genealogy is soliciting papers to be
presented at the conference >from July 10-15, 2005. While the programming
of the lectures/workshops is proceeding at a fast clip, we have open
We will be happy to consider proposals until December 31, 2004. To be
considered you must submit a 50-word biography and a 150-word synopsis to
email@example.com. The program committee will advise you of our decision
by January 31, 2005.
We are looking for topics of wide interest, topics that are new and/or
unique, and in areas of interest not covered by other speakers.
Our preference is for lecturers who have done extensive on-line or in
person research in the following areas: Eastern Europe, South America, &
Israel. Other areas of interest that will be considered are
Emigration/Immigration records, specifically >from Hamburg, Bremen,
Rotterdam and Liverpool. Methodology and little used or little known
resources will also be considered for presentation at the conference. If
