Re: A DNA match on FTDNA leads to a reunion #germany #dna

Dorcey Rose

My husband, Thomas Rose, is descended from Napoleon Jonathan Roos who was born about 1778 in Alsace Germany and died in Speyer Germany in 1857. My husband’s great grandfather was Isadore Rose, born in 1832 in Speyer. He came to New Orleans and became a fur dealer in St Paul Minnesota and died there in 1915. We were very intrigued about this dna reunion story. My husband has his dna on 23andMe and Ancestry. I could upload it to FTDNA if that would make it possible for you to compare his dna to the group you invited to the reunion. His dna is either listed under Tom or Thomas. He is 81 and we live in Florida at this point. Thank you very much. Dorcey Rose.
