The  reply button and accompanying reply form are on the JewishGen website, not in your (or anyone else's) mail client. When you click the message topic in the daily summary email, it takes you to the website, which is where you can read and reply to the message. I don't know how that works if you get the daily digest rather than the daily summary, but I'm guessing there should be links to the website in the digest email as well. 

I found it confusing at first, but once you get used to it, I think you'll find the new system pretty easy to use.
