In general the copyright in Germany is 70 years after the death of the author (or the last of the authors). If the article was published with an pseudonym or anonymous, then the copyright is 70 years after publication. For everything else you would need a license (or a waiver). 

The Berline Tagblatt was merged into Deutscher Verlag, then Ullstein, that in turn into Axel Springer SE - contact form
The Copyright for Die Rote Fahne is murky. You could include the clipping with the following disclaimer:
and obtain a license in case the rightsholder will notice you.
