Hello Alex,
Here are a few records that might help identify 2 possible children for Herbert Spencer FEUERLICHT and "maybe" also a grandchild. It's a bit confusing because both Herbert and his brother Leonard appear to have changed their surnames to FORREST on their U.S. WWII Draft Records (see attached pictures) and go back and forth between FEUERLICHT and FORREST after that. To begin:
Herbert Spencer FEUERLICHT/FORREST b.29 Mar 1912, Bronx, NY d. 30 Aug 2008, Westchester County, NY
Married 10 Nov 1950 to: Lillian HILSUM b.16 Mar 1913, New York City d. 18 Jan 2005, Westchester County, NY Both Herbert and Lillian are buried in King David Cemetery, Putnam Valley, Putnam, NY(see tombstone pics and Find a Grave links)
2 possible children and a grandchild for Herman and Lillian: Parmenus ROSECRANS-buried in Ohio but named as a son on Herbert’s Find a Grave site (see Find a Grave links for both Parmenus and Herbert).
Betty Jane FORREST-listed as a daughter of Sanford A. FORREST (see Find a Grave links) Herbert S. FORREST-Find a Grave https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=60525&h=60207171&ssrc=pt&tid=168097170&pid=242177805997&usePUB=true

While Find a Grave postings are not always totally accurate, they can provide good clues. And some of these give brief bios as well. Plus if the Ohio information pans out, there seems to be extended family in that area. Most of the other information like dates for Herbert and Lillian are from Ancestry records. Let me know if you need clarification about any of them. Attached are some other mentioned records plus clear photos of the tombstones for Herman FEUERLICHT and wife Johanna from JewishData.com just in case you can use (buried: Beth El Cemetery, Ridgewood, NY). Other than the WW II draft record for Leonard FEUERLICH/FORREST, I was not able to find much more information about him.
