I have attached a 2-page handwritten document that I would appreciate if someone would either summarize or translate. It's an agreement written in Budapest that includes both Hungarian and German from 1895. The contract is from Zsigmond Palugyay who is the husband of Emilia Löwy. It is written to Emilia's first cousin, Hugó Weiner, and Hugó's nephew, Geza Löwy. I'd like to understand what it is about.
