If you are looking for access to newspaper entries in Netherlands you can use "delpher.nl" for free. It is all in Dutch so you might need to use a translator to translate key search words.

Once you have found the article, ad, etc you are looking for you can highlight it to download. You can also highlight it and download as text which you can then copy to your preferred translator.
