I have just found some relatives that were born in Paris probably in 1929 and 1930.  May I find these records, or are they within the 100 year rule for births?  They left and went to Budapest sometime before 1940, where at that time, they came to the US to NYC.  Their passports were issued in Budapest.  The names are Eliane and Vilet ( Maybe Violet) HIRSCHFELD.  Their father was Miksa/Michael HIRSCHFELD, I do not know the mother, but she may have been a ROTH.  Their stepmother was Pepi.  Thanks for any suggestions
