I am also originally from Providence, Rhode Island, and my paternal great grandmother Hinda was a Silverman (or Zilberman). She immigrated from Letychiv (Ladyzhin), Russia, now Ukraine, to Providence in approximately 1905, her husband having emigrated there earlier. When she arrived, she discovered that her husband, possibly Yehuda or Abraham, had married again. I’m looking for any information about any of these persons. Thanks. David M.
