If you think that Cewek is near Rozan than try this search. 
Go to:
https://www.jewishgen.org/Communities/Search.asp
and, search for Rozan.
Then look at the page for Rozan and see all the towns listed within a 30 mile radius.  See if one of those towns could be Cewek. 

Keep in mind that most towns had name variants in several languages, including Yiddish.  Clicking on the town name in the radius list will take you to a page that lists all the town name variants.
