Thak you very much for your help.  this was terrific!   Barbara Zimmer found the mother's immigration record and sent me the inforation in another response to my request.  The immigration she sent indicated that the family had more than one boat recrod with a health problem.  The final arrival record had the mother arriving with four of the six children.  Your information led me to the Canadian arrivals which showed that tow of the chidlren, ages 12 and 16 arrived in 1907 in Halifax, Canada with a destination of Montreal.  However, it was stamped "hospitalized".   Thanks to both of you, I have now located the immigration records for the whole family!
