Hello,
Is there anyone who works in downtown Brooklyn or has occasion to be there who could go and retrieve a record for me.  It is a property record (grantor-grantee) from the 1920s.  It is only available on microfilm at the county office of the Dept of Finance.  I have the info on address, times, etc. but cannot get a phone number to check more.  I'd truly appreciate it if someone could do this relatively easily.  I've done these before, and it isn't hard but I can't go from Boston to NY at the moment!
